Open the Direct Express App on your gadget

Enter your User ID

Enter your Password

Enter your 16 digit Card Number

Click on each picture

The versatile application will request that you enter data for your Card Account Verification.

Enter Security Code (or CVV )

Click Done

TIP: The security Code or CVV, is the 3-digit code at the rear of your card to one side of the mark board

Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN

Click Done

Click: Next

The portable application will presently request that you Set New PIN for your card:

4. How to Set your Direct Express Card PIN?

TIP: PIN can't have rehashed or sequenced numbers (ex. 1111, 1234, 4321). Continuously keep your PIN secure and don't impart it to anybody.

Enter "New PIN". Click on the principal digit to start entering your PIN

Click Next

Enter "Affirm New PIN". Click on the main digit under to start entering Confirm New PIN

TIP: Your PIN should be 4 digits. The incentive for your New PIN and Confirm New PIN should be same.

Click Next

Click on "Set PIN"
