The podcast will cover open discussions around healthcare and wellbeing, simulation-based education and experiential learning methodologies, groundbreaking healthcare innovations, and key insights from world leading subject matter experts. At Maudsley Learning, we design and deliver specialist training to meet the evolving professional development needs of healthcare staff and beyond.     The podcast will cover open discussions around healthcare and wellbeing, simulation-based education and experiential learning methodologies, groundbreaking healthcare innovations, and key insights from world leading subject matter experts.


    In our pilot episode, we hear from medical education fellows Doctor Damir Rafi and Doctor Naomi Tomlinson as they answer mystery questions surrounding what simulation training is, the impact it has on medical education and why it’s important.


    They will break down the art of debriefing, the magic of working with our simulation technicians and incredible actors, whilst highlighting their golden moments throughout as they reflect on their year at Maudsley Learning.


    Damir & Naomi are part of our expert faculty team, teaching and leading on many of our existing simulation courses, and played a huge role in the writing, development and delivery of new sim courses, both online and face to face.
