#ProjectMonday is about changing the narrative around the transformational mindset. We say this is a 'Fitness Transformation Journey', but don't get lost in the work "fitness". Fitness to us means physically, emotionally, and mentally fit. How many times have we had a night out on the town or woke up feeling disgusted by ourselves and said to yourself, 'I am going to start getting my shit together on Monday', only to fall off the preverbal wagon within a day or two and say, 'I will start over again on Monday'? How many Mondays must you have before the change takes hold? For people like us, 20, 30, or 40 years?
