3 ¼ Cups of Bisquick mix
¼ tsp of salt & pepper
1 & 2/3 Cup of Beer
- Combine all ingredients & spoon into
12 oil sprayed muffin tin cups
- Bake at 400 degrees in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown
I made them & put on sliced ham & mustard – like a
sandwich & served with potato salad and/or coleslaw
