For Rachel, yoga dates way back and it was a sliding board into her full fledged new age journey. As an ex-yogi of 9 years and a certified yoga teacher, yoga was the very last thing in the new age that she gave up as she spent 2 years of her Christian journey doing yoga as a Christian. She is absolutely in love with yoga as her hobby and it was also a potential secondary income source for her, therefore, there were no plans to give it up. Despite multiple warnings from her church leaders, she refused to give yoga up as yoga was already a part of her life. However, during her hunger to hear from the Lord Himself about what He thinks about yoga, the Holy Spirit spoke to her clearly in a typical Sunday service to give it up. Her world came crashing down and she was devastated. When Rachel realised that it is impossible to lay yoga down without it costing her life (she felt like she was about to die if she did), she cried out to God once again to help her out of this demonic practice if giving up yoga was indeed His will. God is faithful. Rachel has been delivered out of yoga and renounced yoga since August 2023 and God has given her this miraculous testimony to share, in the hopes that Christians who are doing the yoga practice will know the truth and allow the truth to set them free. After being persecuted and encountering God as the deliverer, Rachel recounts her journey from being deep into the new age to finding her salvation in Jesus. God has mercifully opened her eyes to the deception of new age, yoga, self-love and self-healing.

After running the pseudo spiritual hamster wheel for 6 years and never finding ultimate healing, it turns out that Jesus is THE Healer she has been searching for and He alone has removed her anxiety and depression completely. Anxiety and depression are gone for good, from October 2021, up till the present. Jesus was the one who comforted her soul when I thought of quitting my life and He turned her depraved life around for good!

As she goes through the biblical suffering that the bible says it’s to be expected, it is time for her to give glory to the One who delivered her out of the clutches of the devil once again because she can never forget how she was lost and now she is found. She was broken and now she is restored.

In this episode, Rachel re-dedicates her platform once again to God and sets up an altar of remembrance of how God’s promises prevail, reminding her that no weapons that form against her shall prosper. Having experienced the abounding love of the Father, she finds the courage to speak boldly and keep sharing about Jesus, even if it may cost her. She shares her personal testimony on how she was saved by grace from the new age and life has never been the same since. Hallelujah!
