YES TO LIFE 🌺

YES TO LIFE is a space that feels like a jumpseat chat with a friend — fun, positive, and real

Hosted by Bassma, a flight attendant living between time zones and emotions, this podcast is an honest look at what life feels like when you’re always moving.

Each episode is a voice note from somewhere in the world .

We talk about the things that happen at 38,000 feet and the things that happen inside us:

the stress, the clarity, the loneliness, the growth, the nights you can’t sleep, the flights that test you, and the moments that suddenly make everything make sense.

This is the space for flight attendants and travellers who live for meaning, and anyone who’s trying to figure out who they are while the world keeps shifting.

My mission is simple: to help both travelers and crew fly happier, healthier, and more inspired. Through behind-the-scenes insights, travel advice, and mindful reflections,

I want to show that it’s possible not just to survive in this lifestyle, but to thrive — to notice the everyday beauty, to grow, and to feel connected no matter where in the world we are.

It’s not about perfect routines or perfect flights.

It’s about being human — and saying yes to whatever comes next.

New episodes weekly from a different corner of the world.

  • Nothing Is Wasted 🎙️
    Apr 10 2026

In this episode, we break down how comparison and regret quietly shape the way we see ourselves—and how to step out of both patterns. If you’ve ever felt behind in life or wished you could redo past decisions, this conversation reframes those experiences completely.

Instead of seeing life as a scoreboard where you either win or lose, we explore a different perspective: life as a workshop. Every experience—success, failure, confusion, or delay—becomes raw material for growth when you know how to use it.

You’ll learn why comparison always feels unfair, how regret is often hindsight pretending to be wisdom, and how to shift from judgment to learning in real time. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with a simple mindset shift that turns almost anything that happens into progress.

If you’ve been stuck in overthinking your past or measuring your present against others, this episode will help you reset how you define improvement—and remind you that nothing in your journey is truly wasted.

  • Is being in shape the bare minimum?🎙️💪🏻
    Apr 3 2026

This episode explores the real meaning of being in shape—beyond appearance. We talk about how fitness impacts mental health, confidence, and self-respect, and why it should be the foundation of your life, not your main focus.

  • Discipline in chaotic schedules 👍🏻🎙️
    Mar 30 2026

In this episode, we talk about discipline in a real, human way without the pressure of perfection or rigid routines. If your life feels chaotic, unpredictable, or overwhelming, this is your reminder that discipline isn’t about having everything under control… it’s about showing up anyway.

This episode is for you if you’ve ever felt stuck, unmotivated, or like you’re falling behind. You’ll walk away with a calmer perspective, a lighter approach to discipline, and the motivation to take one small step forward today.

Because we don’t need a perfect plan to change our lives… we just need to start.
