In a basket of fruit, one fruit is not accepted among the main fruit in the basket. The prickly pear didn't like the feelings or thoughts she had when she was in the basket and by the other fruits.

Follow along her to see how she finally was able to fight those prickly feelings and bring in her sweet feelings.

This story is all about the power of our thoughts and how we can find and feel the feelings we want instead of the feelings others try to place on us.

    Connecting Conversations:

    1. Why do you think the other Fruit didn't Accept Her?

    2. Have you ever felt like you weren't accepted?

    3. What did Prickly Pear do to fix this?

    4. How can you bring the sweet feelings when you feel prickly ones?

    5. What does it mean when this is said, " The mean things people say, has everything to do about them and nothing about you?"
