    Focus on the basic steps -- the 1, 2, 3's -- before trying to enhance the program with your creativity...

    I know you're smart and can do it much better, but your first job is to learn how to get consistent results...

    It's gonna be difficult because you're thinking people will know your still doing the basics...

    The basics are the foundation for great work. "Do them until you can't forget them. Then, keep doing them until you can't get them wrong."
