The Appletini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces sour green apple schnapps
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- ice
- green apple slices
- lemon juice
Steps:
- Add the green apple schnapps, gin, and fill the shaker halfway up with ice. Cap the shaker and shake briskly.
- Pour the strained cocktail into a martini glass.
- Garnish with green apple slices that have been brushed with lemon juice.
