Like many of us, prioritizing his health happened after he ended up in a hospital bed hooked up to many machines. Lying in that bed, he realized that he was in the business of keeping others healthy, but he was not taking care of his own health. Over the next five years, he interviewed doctors from all over the world, alternative health experts, scientists, and fitness specialists, and tried all kinds of health regimens. This book is packed with the information he wished he knew before he ended up in the hospital.

Sometimes when you go through negative events, they seem like such a horrific part of your life, but the key is to look back on the pain and say, "How do I let this motivate me for a better future?" Use it as fuel to propel you forward. In the words of his mother, "Find the power in this moment."
