 Many times we subject ourselves to believing we are not worthy of a job, or nowhere near qualified due to constant rejection from many companies. The feedback from these companies is usually no feedback, simply saying, "we went with other candidates", or, "you're no longer considered". Can I know why? For many of them, they expect us to wait 1, 2, or even 3 months before anyone has reached out for an update. They expect us to pass up on opportunities in between that time and then when it's convenient they want to hire me in a few months because I was a "GREAT candidate"...uhhh... NO! This has to end. We should feel valued before, during, and after the interview process; not made to feel disposable, undervalued, or nowhere near qualified.Omar H 2022 Careers Economics Personal Success Social Sciences
