    Dr. Evka Cesnek is my wonderful guest this week discussing her story of caregiver burnout.  Dr. Cesnek is a physician, best selling author, course creator and podcast host. She does worldwide consults on food allergies, babies with colic and and pediatric feeding challenges. Dr. Cesnek shares her personal journey of burnout taking care of her daughter with allergies.  She DID not experience burnout due to practicing medicine, but due to the challenges associated with coming up with an answer to her daughter's medical issues. She found out that her daughter had Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES). Dr. Cesnek has written several books about her food allergies and how she has used her experience to help others.
