For Participants:
- DO consider utilizing video: Video helps to create a connection with each other
- Do consider wearing headphones
- DO “Arrive early” Join the call 5-10 minutes earlier even if you don’t turn on your camera until it starts
- DO not forget to Mute yourself:
- Do not be a distraction: Eating, moving around, etc
For Teachers:
- Do pay attention lighting & position:
- Do Kindly invite (not require) participants to turn on their cameras
- Do Start the zoom 5-10 minutes ahead of time to allow participants to join the call
- Do Be aware of your desktop before you share your screen
- Do not forget Include the people on zoom:
- Do not forget to Put device on Do Not Disturb
