This interview takes place outside of Watch Your Step Records were Jeff hosts a DJ event once a month. It is located on the Delaware River in Narrowsburg, New York. We talk a little jeff a pro-bmx career, how he became a DJ, and how he helps guide his son as a semi-pro skateboarder.

I stumbled upon W.Y.S.Records while I was vacationing on the Delaware river in Pennsylvania. We left the camp site and cross the river into Narrowsburg ny. We want enjoy the simple life. We got something to eat at The Laundrette

and stop the local brewery Big Eddy Brewing Co.

Once I stumbled upon W.Y.S records I observed an Art exhibit going on, house music records,a DJ Booth and a half pipe for skateboarding. Once outside I inquired about the half pipe. Jeff the owner got two posters of his son for my boys and explained how his son is a semi-pro skateboarder.

When I left , I got halfway down the block told my family I need to interview Jeff. Got my gear from the car and ran back. I was able to get Jeff to sit and talk… it was a critical part of my growth as an interviewer. I am very thankful that Jeff took a gamble on another dad who hadn’t showered and smelled like a campfire. His feed back an encouragement was a game changer for myself.
