I woke up sad this morning, and as I told myself to record a thought to transmute my emotions into words, I recalled a TikTok where a girl expressed being offended by people “crying on the internet.” It made me think—it's so easy to judge someone when you have no idea what they’re going through, especially if their life appears outwardly successful or wealthy.
In short, you don’t get to judge how someone chooses to express their pain, especially if you’ve never experienced it yourself. This reflection brought me back to my own pain, and that’s what we’ll be discussing in today’s episode.
