Hello and welcome to the final episode of speakeasy’s initial series! In this episode, we’re looking at tournaments/competitions/whatever your word for it is. We’re looking specifically at what they are, where to find them, the scoring system, and other key things to note for when you attend your first comp. This is mostly geared towards what it’s like to be in an in-person comp, but a lot of this is also relevant to online comps!

In this episode, we cover the top-half (a.k.a. first-half or opening half) of a debate in BP--specifically the role fulfilment of the first four speakers. If you're in need of a refresher, that's Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister in Opening Government and Leader of the Opposition and Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Opening Opposition (if you need a little more refreshment, head back to episode 1!). This episode also covers how to win from top-half!
