Dr. Julie Hartman is the Division Chair for the Division of Human Services at Bob Jones University. While this is a relatively new name for programs that have existed for many years at BJU, Dr. Hartman also has seen exponential growth opportunities for young people who have a burden to reach their communities with the Gospel.
