  • The Truth About Success
    Jul 23 2022

The truth about success is that it requires a tremendous amount of failure. If you want to be successful you have to be willing to fail a lot. We’ve been lied to about failure. We were told failure was bad, but it’s not. Failure is part of the process of growing. Children fail all the time and they don’t give it a second thought. Children continue trying because with each try they learn something new and they apply that new information to help them advance. Failure is foundational to our development and we need to embrace it. Our negative emotional response to failure prevents us from achieving success. Who wants to feel bad while trying to achieve success? No one does. What we must do is change how we feel about failure. Whenever you fail, be critical of your emotions and control your mind. Maintain positive thoughts and embrace your failure. This is your learning opportunity, maximize it and then apply what you’ve learned to your next steps forward. You can’t be successful without failure and you will have far more failures than successes. This is the biggest secret about success. So lets’ snuggle up and get comfortable with failure because this is the only way to achieve success.
