    這一集，我想分享一趟清萊的旅程。

    白廟、藍廟、觀音廟，

    表面上是大家熟悉的景點，

    但實際走過之後，

    我發現它們像是三種不同的心理狀態。

    白廟，讓我看見壓力、恐懼、焦慮，

    還有那些不知不覺對外的防禦與攻擊。

    藍廟，讓人慢慢安靜下來，

    提醒我們不需要一直處理自己，

    什麼都不做，也是一種休息。

    而觀音廟，

    比較像是在撐得很久的時候，

    心裡想抓住的一個支點。

    這一集不是旅遊攻略，

    而是一段關於旅行、心理，

    還有生活狀態的分享。

    希望你在聽的過程中，

    也能找到屬於自己的那一個片刻。In this episode, I share a journey to Chiang Rai.

    The White Temple, the Blue Temple, and the Guanyin Temple

    are well-known attractions,

    but walking through them felt more like a psychological journey than sightseeing.

    The White Temple reflects pressure, fear, and anxiety,

    and how these emotions sometimes turn into unconscious defense or aggression.

    The Blue Temple invites stillness,

    reminding us that we don’t always need to fix ourselves.

    Sometimes, simply sitting quietly is enough.

    The Guanyin Temple feels like a quiet support,

    something we reach for when we’ve been holding on for too long.

    This is not a travel guide,

    but a reflection on travel, inner states, and everyday life.
