Armin Berg (1883-1956) kam mit 18 Jahren nach Wien und lernte, nach ersten Engagements im Prater, Heinrich Eisenbach kennen. Er war 17 Jahre lang Mitglied von dessen "Budapester Orpheumsgesellschaft" und trug dort unter anderem seine "Trommelverse" vor. Weiters war er im Simpl, im Ronacher und anderen Wiener Kabarettbühnen zu sehen. Seine Texte verfasste meistens Louis Taufstein oder auch, wie beim berühmten "Überzieher", der Berliner Otto Reutter.
