Im Münchner Dom erinnert heute noch eine Marmortafel mit goldenem Schriftzug an die Neuordnung der bayerischen Bistümer. 1821 wurde sie vollzogen. Nirgendwo führte sie zu so umwälzenden Veränderungen wie im damals neu errichteten Erzbistum München und Freising, die heute noch fortwirken. Ein Podcast über Zollschranken gleich hinter der Münchner Stadtgrenze, der Suche nach einer neuen Kathedrale, starke Katholikinnen und Bauboom in den 1950er Jahren.
