I never really expected to go from full-time Neet to a God, but you know how life hits, right? Well, it doesn't really matter in the end. What matters is how I got there. You know how I said this ain't that type of guide? Well, maybe it can be. Maybe you'll figure some things out along the way—who knows? Actually I do, and you probably won't, but who cares, right? So take a seat in your mother's basement ,or whatever hole you live in, and listen to the story of how I, a full-time Neet, became a God.

My goals for college were pretty simple: Get an education. Meet some new friends. Enjoy the mountains of Colorado. If I was lucky, find a boyfriend. Pretty sure they did not include being stalked by a magical black market. Or having multiple boyfriends. I mean, come on. What are the odds?

New town, new school. Same story. I'm Laura, I've spent most of my life crisscrossing the county yielding to the whims of my transient mother. As usual, life continues to throw jabs at me and even a few uppercuts, sending me spiraling into further insanity and trouble. By now, I'm getting used to it, and the push forward continues.

A horde of deadly super villains have escaped from Grayville’s maximum security super-prison, and it's up my team to hunt them down. And The Shadow Knight is helping out. Unfortunately, that means we can’t kill these villains when we catch them without shattering our tenuous alliance with the hero. But as always, I’m one step ahead, and I have some surprises in store for both Shadow Knight and the bad guys that will change the power dynamic in Grayville forever.

I can't take it anymore. This curse, this undead curse… It makes it so every moment is nothing but pure torment. I need to keep busy, to take my mind off of it and alleviate the pain. More than that, I need to find a way to rebuild my powers after I was tricked by my own allies, slain, and reborn. I can't return to the human lands yet. The pact of non-aggression still stands. This leads me to accept a contract that will bring me to the land of the Witch Elves. A place where great dangers lurk—demons and abominations— but also tremendous power.

Sacrifice your soul? Check. Die to protect those you love? Check. Come back as something the world hasn't seen since the dawn of mankind? Check. Make those who hurt me wish the Gods had never created them? I'm still working on this one.... Are you ready to play? I'm coming back. I'm more, darker, deadlier, and I'm pissed.

A supervillain from the city of Grayville has made a big mistake: He stole from one of my companies. Now he is on my radar, and it's only a matter of time before I find him, and of course, murder him. Ironically, the only thing preventing me from bringing the unknown douchebag to final justice is Grayville’s famous law-abiding superhero: The Shadow Knight. But even a hero as accomplished as the Shadow Knight can’t stop me and my team from ending the super villain threat. And if Shadow Knight won’t accept that, he might have to die as well.
