A goddess has charged me with defeating the demonic vrag from across the sea.

My elf princess has disappeared, torn away by a magic of her own making. It's up to me to find her. Fortunately, I have help: a posh griffin and a mysterious, blue-skinned girl who might just hold the key to victory. Far away in the Southern reaches of Telos, I'll confront a religious death-cult and uncover the secrets of my past.

It's not every day you find out you're the illegitimate son of a deity, but I'm making the best of it. The Vrag have been backed into a corner. The journey from full-time Neet to a God is no easy task, as you learned and I experienced firsthand. Being burned alive in mind, body, and soul might have forced me down, but I'm not out.

The Trial Worlds do not forgive mistakes, and Kai will learn this through firsthand experience. He escaped death, but he lost a part of himself along the way. To get it back, he will have to overcome pain and suffering. But he knows it will be worth it. He is no longer a pawn in the world of cultivation. So far, he has been but one of the many participants in the unfolding events, but now it is time for him to become the ringleader.
