Think private instagram but in the form of a podcast. As someone who often struggles with mental health I am deeply dependent on feeling completely understood. I know that this feeling drives me and this podcast will validate that feeling. In this lifetime I have wreaked havoc in many forms, both with others and to myself. It’s time to be an open book. I hope this podcast helps you as much as it’s going to help me. Nobody is alone in their struggle.
