The Berkeley Parents Union publishes interviews with candidates for school board in Berkeley, California.

The Public Law and Policy Program continues Berkeley Law’s long tradition of scholarship on issues of constitutional and administrative law, and judicial and legislative process. It focuses in particular on the separation of powers, the balance of authority between the federal and state governments, interpretation, and public policymaking.
