Blue to Gold Law Enforcement Training was developed around the concept that expensive legal mistakes can be avoided by offering relevant, high-energy training that is relatable to every street officer. The majority of legal training is taught by instructors who often do not have law enforcement experience, and this inhibits their ability to translate vital doctrines into ways that cops “just get it.” As a result, officers become more confused and uncertain about their legal decisions and return to the business-as-usual method.
