Kommissar Henning Bröhmann führt mit der Direktorin des Gymnasium Nidda gerade ein ernstes Gespräch über seine versetzungsgefährdete Tochter, da durchschlägt ein Stein das Fenster des Büros. Nach dem ersten Schrecken wiegelt die Pädagogin ab: Dumme-Jungen-Streich, alles im Griff, Einmischung nicht erwünscht. Kurz darauf ist sie tot.

Nun macht er Wahlkampf mit Slogans wie "Kartoffelworscht statt Döner" oder "Make Oberhessen great again". Bröhmann wird schnell klar, dass die populistische Partei nicht allein auf Wahlplakate und Sonntagsreden setzt.
