À cet égard, les femmes ont un accès moins immédiat que les hommes, bien qu’elles aient de plus vastes potentialités. Pour s’orienter dans cette aventure, il y a des repères à connaître.

hey du :) mein name ist carla elisa und ich spreche hier ganz offen über meine emetophobie, die krankhafte angst vor dem erbrechen. also falls du auch darunter leidest oder jemanden kennst, der darunter leidet und dich informieren möchtest, dann bist du hier genau richtig. ich hoffe, dass ich hier einen safeplace für emetophobiker schaffen kann und ich würde sagen wir hören uns :)

Hallo und schön, dass Du den Weg zu meinem Podcas "Auf eine Pizza!" gefunden hat. Ich bin Elisa und in meinem Podcast teile ich meine Erfahrungen, Tipps und Tricks in Bezug auf mentale Gesundheit, Körperbild und Selbstwertgefühl. Dabei ist mein Grundsatz, dass es ok ist, wenn nicht gleich alles ok ist und dass Heilung ein Prozess in vielen kleinen und wenigen großen Schritten und auch manch einem Rückschritt ist.
