The self care journey as told by the Founder of 52 Nights; One day I woke up and realized I’m almost 40 and I’m still haven’t got a great self-care practice in place. I know all the things to do but somehow can’t get them all done. So I made a podcast about what’s working and what I’m learning along the way.
