Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his book How to Survive the End of the World (When It’s in Your Own Head) is comedy writer Aaron Gillies. Most commonly known by his Twitter handle, TechnicallyRon, Gillies has written on the subject of mental health for various magazines and blogs. He talks to us about identifying anxiety and what can really help when living with it, the role that humour plays in his own mental health and what the experience of recording the audiobook was like.

Armin Scheiderbauer served as an infantry officer with the 252nd Infantry Division, German army, and saw four years of bitter combat on the Eastern Front, being wounded six times. This is an outstanding personal memoir, written with great thoughtfulness and honesty.
