Greetings Friends! We are Bell Global Justice Institute, a human rights organization in Metro Detroit working to advance and promote the human rights of women and girls'. We are excited to launch our Podcast, and we aim to build awareness for our listeners on the unique challenges and barriers women and girls face around the world in realizing their human rights and to highlight change agents working to build a safe and more just world for every woman and girl.

"The Open Borders & Bail Reform Podcast" dives deep into the heart of justice reform, exploring the critical issues surrounding cash bail systems and immigration policies. Hosted by advocates and experts in the field, this podcast sheds light on the ways these systems impact communities and advocates for comprehensive reform. Through a mix of solo commentary, expert interviews, and engaging panel discussions, we aim to educate, inspire, and empower listeners to join the movement toward a more equitable and barrier-free world.

Former President of Ireland Mary Robinson's mission to bring together the fight against climate change and the global struggle for human rights has taken her all over the world. It also brought her to a heartening revelation: that that an irrepressible driving force in the battle for climate justice could be found at the grassroots level, mainly among women, many of them mothers and grandmothers like herself.
