My whole life I have battled the ”quiet” label and I am not alone. Most times that means society, teachers, coaches, and others think you’re not confident or you don’t care because you are quiet. They could not be more wrong. Join me as we have real conversations about being, raising, coaching, teaching and understanding those who culture would say are ”quiet” and empower them to change the world.

These episodes will cover long distance hiking and pilgrimages that I have done, and hope to do. Some of these stories involve history, religion, geology, biology, and a variety of interesting topics.
