And you (or I) can drown in the misery until the world seems darker, and you can find the light. Find it in small, baby steps if you need, find it in huge, broad stroaks, or anything between. All of them are steps and sometimes they go backwards, and that’s okay. Let’s find the light in our dark world, and learn to heal and recover from our C-PTSD, together.
