Dans cet épisode, je lève le voile sur ce qu’est réellement la dépression. Pas celle qu’on voit dans les films, pas celle qui se devine à l’œil nu. Je parle de celle qui s’installe en silence, derrière les sourires automatiques, les “ça va” mécaniques, et les obligations qu’on continue de remplir malgré l’épuisement intérieur. Je parle aussi en tant que femme, DRH, hypnothérapeute et ancienne survivante d’un burn-out. Parce qu’avoir des responsabilités, un bon poste ou même un entourage ne protège de rien.
