Kai had survived the treacherous Mage trying to kill him in his own house. But new enemies loom over the horizon. Not only did he have to fend off the nobles interested in his mana cannons and gain control over his newfound territory, he also had been invited to Sylvastra, the lands of the elves who call him the Fatebreaker to meet the Elder Tree.
