All of the Snot-Bots’ plans to bring contaminated chaos to Electropolis have been thwarted by those disgusting heroes of hygiene, the Clean Team. But their leader, Sludge, has something different in mind this time. Instead of going big, he’s going small—microscopic, even. He’s launching millions of nasty nano-bytes called Fart-Bots into the atmosphere to spew a giant cloud of gas over the city.

When one of the Snot-Bots creates a mess on Farts and Crafts day, Sludge gets an idea to bring massive, messy mayhem to Electropolis. Using his radiation ray gun, Sludge creates an army of Butt-Bombs and then sets them loose in the sewers. When the little poo-bots crawl up through the pipes, they cause disgusting chaos across the city.

Miles and Niles find themselves marooned for the summer at Camp Good Times, which is all about peace and good vibes. (Can you say boring?) With no clear prank-ortunities, the Terrible Two fail to see what about all of this is so good. When Sally May and Loper head off to visit the relatives, leaving Slim in charge of Little Alfred, Hank knows that trouble is sure to come knocking. But not even the Head of Ranch Security could have predicted what would happen.

Worried that he'll be bored to tears by a school assembly, Billy Burger decides to bring along his own excitement—the class pet ferret, Franklin! The only problem is Franklin gets away from him, taking over the stage and leaving chaos behind. Things are not looking good for the ranch. So when Loper heads into town to negotiate with the banker, Slim hits the road in search of a new home. Meanwhile, Hank and his faithful sidekick Drover hitch a ride in the back of Slim's pickup. Before long, they come to a stop in an unfamiliar town. And when Slim lands himself a new job, Hank finds that he's no longer the Head of Ranch Security, but the Head of Chicken House Security.

When Hank the Cowdog sticks his nose where it doesn't belong - into an old pipe behind the machine shed - he gets more than he bargained for. Before he can say "boy howdy", Hank gets a nip that sets his eyes a-watering and his snouta-throbbing.
