Hi, My name is Carl Denne and I run and own a Hastings Kickboxing Academy, in Jan 2020, I started my own podcast channel, “Kickstart Your Confidence” after being inspired by other likeminded positive people. My aim for this podcast is to share and discuss real life topics, covering mental health, pressures and stresses of life, running and owning your own business, with other business owners and real life people who have walked the walk and lived to tell the tale, in hopes that you, yes you reading this right now, can relate and find guidance in some way.
