Do3 (and our podcast) exists to educate, inspire, develop and connect those who love to swim, bike or run. We want you to get into the sports and be the very best you can be (and have fun doing it), whatever level you’re at. Our podcast is for everyone, but particularly those new to the sports, improving amateurs and those wanting to push on to podium at age-group racing.
