Ike Singer is a demolitions expert, or master blaster. CIA-Agent Frank McIntyre erhält kurz vor Beginn des Irakkrieges einen brisanten Auftrag: Er soll den irakischen Präsidenten Saddam Hussein aus Tikrit entführen und unbemerkt außer Landes bringen. McIntyre entwickelt einen Operationsplan und macht sich gemeinsam mit seinem Kollegen Sommerfeldt auf den Weg durch die irakische Wüste.
