A podcast created for service leavers everywhere, dedicated to tackling the many challenges service leavers and their families face when transitioning from military to civilian life.

In Mission Entrepreneur Jen Griswold, veteran, CEO, and mentor, shares the journey that led her from 20 years in the military to over $20 million in annual sales. As a wife and mother with a full-time career, Jen watched her peers as they experienced the struggles of keeping their careers afloat while managing family, relocations, and the demands of a busy life. The lessons she learned from her time in the military can be applied to start-ups, to help you launch your business, build wealth, and find happiness.

In the last 10 years, the number of nonprofits and social sector organizations has grown by almost 25 percent, while charitable giving declined 30 percent over the same period. As a result, many organizations are chasing grants, tweaking and adding to their core activities to match what they think funders are looking for. Almost half of nonprofits surveyed nationally in 2014 said they added additional programs in the last year. The result is colloquially known as "mission creep" - organizations trying to be everything to everyone.
