Combining my 3 passions (musical theater, yoga, and mental health), I will find the connections between them, as well as how we can use those connections in our daily lives. I will also chat with guests that have knowledge and expertise on these topics. One of my goals for this podcast is to give listeners resources and tools that they can use to cope with the mental health challenges that they may face. Let's go on this journey together.
