Bibi and Tina are happy: the beaver family at the Mill Stream has had offspring. But there are problems at the Mill Farm. Everything is completely submerged. Tina's mother simply doesn't have time to prepare the party, and she doesn't trust the two girls to do it alone. But Bibi and Tina don't give up that easily.
