What's the point of holding onto a person if they can be replaced by an advanced mechanism? But what are the people to do? How are they to live? Where are they to get money from? There is only one answer - Barliona. The official government project is gathering steam, luring more and more people into its net.

The upward journey is always tough. The higher you climb, the stronger, smarter, and more savage the enemy. And nobody is insured against loss. Elb's tight-knit combat unit has lost a number of fighters. Loyal comrades-in-arms decided to leave the squad, just as it was entering a zone full of deadly dangerous beasties; a time when a fighting disposition and unfailing support were needed like never before. Will these losses affect Elb's desire to soldier on? No, they will not. Nothing but death will break the fighter goblin Elb's resolve to keep moving.

Zombieland is fiendish and dangerous. The place that has gobbled up many, leaving only ground bones, draws Elb and his team ever deeper into its decaying bowels. Doing battle with eternally hungry beasts who were once people, Elb is fast gaining status, as well as the respect of other zombie hunters. Zombieland, however, is capable of stopping and killing even the most deadly of hunters. This time around, the system provides the impossible Blue Light task, whose coordinates are given as: Room Number 191-28 Pain.

By now Elb is the talk of the entire Outskirts. Just imagine—he can venture into places that most locals won't even dare go near. He has, after all, passed through the terrifying Stagnant Cesspool like a knife through butter, doing justice on its vile inhabitants. And now he joins the ranks of those regarded with favor by the System, being promoted for achievement, and receiving bonuses and access to new goodies. However, our hero's plans do not include hanging around this dump. He and his unit, recently expanded to the tune of one fighter, are headed to Drainagetown.

In any world, even the most terrible, survival is possible if you have a plan and stick rigidly to it, if you aspire to achieve your goal without looking back, and most importantly, if you do not settle for the small, but constantly strive toward the large.

Elb has long understood that life in a cage, and among the scum, is not for him. He cares not for his higher new position in stinky Drainagetown. The hero wants to find a way out of the steel labyrinth. But even if he makes it, what awaits him on the other side of the steel walls? Elb and his squad of goblins are about to receive the answer not only to this, but also to other questions. The squad has been through much together, and maintained its unity, but will it always be this way?

The thing about Artem... It's a damn hard city to live in if you haven't got creds, and for creds, you need opportunities. The thing about opportunities... They're thin on the ground for Orcs, one of the most reviled races in the sprawling city. If you happen to be an Orc left for dead on the frontlines of Artem's roving monster problem and stranded outside its immense city walls, then you're doubly screwed—like Oshbob. The thing about Oshbob... He's tough, and he's pissed! With a will to survive like few others, he's determined never to be subject to the whims of the elite ever again.

There ain't no rest for the wicked. And new mods don't grow on trees. But it seems enemies do. Gaining power in Artem is hard, but keeping it can be harder. With their budding new corporation and expanding gang territory attracting covetous eyes, the battle is just beginning for Oshbob and Unara. And while it's sometimes hard for an orc to accept, violence isn't always the answer. Oshbob and his band of loyal followers are going to have to be smart and play the game if they're to survive what's coming.
