Chomsky began with a review and analysis of the State of the Union Address and other necessary allusions. He wondered aloud when the U.S. will become a part of the world justice system instead of outside it. Chomsky pointed out how the U.S. government had opened a Pandora's Box with their loose interpretation of pre-emptive strike.
