Random Acts of Romance is an anthology of subtle love stories. Simple, thoughtful, modest, and deeply human, the collection is meant as much for the sensible reader as for the romantic. The stories touch upon the lives of an artist, a wanderlust, a start-up entrepreneur, an old crush, tweens in a food festival, another with a spare movie ticket, a couple entrusted to end an alliance, an erstwhile rejected marriage alliance, someone lost in the corporate rat race, and a dedicated single parent.

Fern is too busy making sure other people feel good about themselves to give much thought to her own happiness. But somehow, without her noticing, life has run away from her. Suddenly, Fern realises her vintage clothes business is struggling, and the casual relationship she’d always thought she was happy in doesn’t look so appealing. But sometimes, karma really does come through. And when Fern goes out of her way to help 85-year-old Dinah, little does she realise their new friendship will change her life. Dinah may have troubles in her past, but she’s lived and loved to the full.

I never intended to pick up a naked hitchhiker wearing nothing but a guitar. A guitar. Really. I don't collect guys like that (don't ask what kind of guys I do collect), but when you spot a blond, tanned, sculpted man with a gorgeous smile and his thumb poking up and practically begging you to stop - you stop. And I definitely never thought I'd be staring into the bright blue eyes of Trevor Connor, the lead singer for Random Acts of Crazy, an indie rock star I followed like the slobbering fileshare fangirl I am.

Random Acts of Comics features conversations with fans and pros about the impact comics have had on their lives. Also, "What's Your Favorite Comic?" Also, occasional radio plays and dramatic reenactments of classic comic scenes. Also, other random stuff. I don't know yet. We'll see…
