These recordings are those of the actual police radio dispatch, from the Trumbull county 911 center in northeastern Ohio. We have edited out any dead air space between transmissions, but have otherwise left the recordings unaltered.The incident occurred on December 14th 1994 at approximately 11 pm and lasted for over nine hours.
