Many know me as the founder of the ZUU Fitness Brand - World's Hardest Bodyweight Training. Before that however I spent 20+ years in construction. Like so many other apprentices, my mentors over the next 4 years were two tradesmen, both divorced and alcoholics. By the time I finished I was a full blown alcoholic as well.
