A Man Called Stan is a compelling and thought-provoking novel that delves deep into the complexities of human nature, relationships, and the search for identity. The story revolves around the titular character, Stan, a seemingly ordinary man whose life takes a series of unexpected turns, forcing him to confront his past, his choices, and the person he has become.

From ludicrous scenarios ranging from conspiracies behind cryptic crosswords, the perils of dating a banker, and someone accidentally being buried alive, this sketch show takes the normal and makes them ridiculous, all to a backdrop of music. Each episode features a number of these scenarios and along with a core cast of Daniel Rigby, Mike Wozniak, Cariad Lloyd, Henry Paker and Jessica Ransom. Small Scenes also features Sara Pascoe.
