Devin Maxwell, a super empath, is on the run from the world's most powerful super and his army. After being almost assassinated by a beautiful (and distinctly evil) blonde super named Primadonna, Devin's realizes his powers are so much more than he thought.

Knowledge is power. That would be the motto of Lander University, had it not been snatched up and used to death by others long before the school was founded. For while Lander offers a full range of courses to nearly all students, it also offers a small number of specialty classes to a very select few. Lander is home to the Hero Certification Program, a curriculum designed to develop students with superhuman capabilities, commonly known as Supers, into official Heroes.

Who in their right mind tells both his lawyer and the judge presiding over his murder trial, “F--k you!” while still in the courtroom? No one, right? Yeah, you’d be wrong about that. I did. You’d say the same thing if you were just found guilty of a murder you didn’t commit, though. Call me crazy for going off like that in court, but trust me, you don’t know crazy until you see what happened next.

The final year at Lander has finally arrived for the Melbrook students and their peers, and with it comes a whole new set of challenges. Still reeling from the events of their junior year, the remaining students will have to push past their pain—and so much more—if they hope to be one of the ten to claim the title of Hero upon graduation. Constant tests and trials await the senior students. Beyond simulated missions and classes, they’ll also have to buckle down to learn about agents, prospective teams, internships, and other seemingly endless elements of being a Hero.

A threat looms on the horizon in the form of a super with unthinkable power. Corbin’s world is changing faster than he can keep up with. Luckily, he has Seena by his side. Even better, she has a few new tricks up her sleeve. The VRC has a revolution to deal with. Corbin and Seena must gain the help of the most influential person in the VRC while ensuring no one finds out where they got their powers from. Also, who is this representative from the Citadel?

I'm back with my super hot superhero ladies, but this time we have a couple of new friends in the mix. For one, we've managed to track down the Blue Lady - a fact that leaves me wondering what I've gotten myself into. She's hellbent on revenge, and now we're wrapped up in her mission. Luckily for us, it seems her mission could lead us to the location of a missing member our party, along with some Tier One supers and, possibly, my father.

The new classes will test their minds, bodies, and determination in ways never anticipated.
