Cosmo has always wanted to be a witch-cat so he's delighted when he passes the test. Now he'll be able to help Sybil with her spells. But Cosmo is suspicious when he discovers that Sybil has a magic recipe for making statues in the shape of kittens.

Cosmo the witch-cat is delighted that evil Sybil - the most terrible of witches - is safely in prison. In fact, she's even been fitted with a special tag, which means that if she tries to escape she will be turned into a frog. But then mysterious goings-on are reported on Witch News. Baby witches are being visited by strange midwives and having their toenails clipped and stolen. Cosmo is sure something sinister is afoot. Could a highly wily witch be brewing a spectacularly spooky spell?

Cosmo the witch-cat has his paws full with his new baby brothers and sisters. Especially when the kittens accidentally get turned into frogs by the kindly Frog-Witch. But before she has a chance to magic them back, the Frog-Witch and all the frog-kittens are kidnapped by a sinister stranger with froggy plans. Can Cosmo come up with the purr-fect way to save the day... before it's too late?

Crecí en una casa finca con tantas plantas que la gente creía que era un vivero y aunque cerca de allí no vivían otrxs niñxs de mi edad, nunca me hicieron falta porque pasaba todo el tiempo con mis dos amigos perros. Hace dos años quise con todo mi corazón que adoptáramos un perrito para amarlo y que mis hijos tuvieran la experiencia de crecer con él y entre 1.200 perros del Centro de Bienestar Animal La Perla de la Alcaldía de Medellín Colombia nos enamoramos de uno. Así que hoy queremos presentarles a Cosmo, un perrito que cada día nos enseña más cosas sobre el amor.
